Managing Director

Stephen has extensive experience, spanning a 36-year career in Local Government; with 20 of those years in General Manager/CEO leadership roles. Since commencing Blackadder Associates, Stephen has been proactively involved in government committees and professional institutions; dedicated to the advancement of Local Government.

Stephen and his Associates are distinguished local government practitioners — former Council CEOs, General Managers, or Directors; and each with strengths of expertise in specialities specific to Local Government. Along with our talented admin team, the BA Team consistently provides our clients with exceptional results and client service excellence.
